Point-of-Care-Ultrasound (POCUS) has rapidly established itself as an indispensable tool and the standard of care in many areas of medicine. Add-on Workshop***: Intro to OMT for MD's (and DOs) (SOLD OUT)
Friday, July 15 | 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. | Limit 30

Don't miss this opportunity to learn the basic skills in osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). Osteopathic medicine seeks to treat the whole person while promoting the body’s innate ability for self-healing. It’s rooted in the concept that the body’s physical structure—the relationship between nerves, muscles, bones and organs—affects physiologic function. OMT seeks to correct those structural problems through a variety of modalities, including soft tissue, counter strain, muscle energy and myofascial release.

$50 $50

Saturday, July 16 | 8:00 – 10:30 a.m. | Limit 30

Participants will be divided into small groups that will rotate through four unique stations demonstrating best practices and techniques on (1) Venipuncture (Phlebotomy), (2) electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG), (3) Intramuscular (IM) and Subcutaneous (SQ) Injections, and (4) Nebulized medications.
