Shuttle Service - Complimentary shuttle service to and from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, 24 hours a day. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 4:00 a.m. to midnight and every 30 minutes between midnight and 4:00 a.m. at the front entrance of the hotel, with pickup at O’Hare outside of Door 1.
Taxi - Taxicabs are easily accessible outside of the hotel. The hotel doorman will be glad to secure a cab for your trip to the airport or downtown.
Airport Express - Shuttles operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Go Airport Express is a door-to-door transportation service. They offer shared ride airport shuttles, private van charters, Chicago limousine and car services and group transportation charters. Reservations are required. Telephone: 888-720-6533.
Taxi - Service is available on a first come, first served basis outside of the baggage claim area. All taxis are metered, except for flat fare into downtown Chicago. Approximate cost of a one-way trip from Midway to Hyatt Regency is $75.00
Parking – Secured lot with convenient parking options. Discounted rate of $16.00 per day for registrants.
The AAFP must receive notice of cancellation no later than 21 days prior to first day of the course. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.
The AAFP is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event this course is canceled or sold out. Before purchasing your airline ticket make sure that you have received your registration and hotel confirmation. If a program is canceled by the AAFP, every effort will be made to notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course and registration fees will be refunded.
